Shipping & Delivery 
The delivery details are as follows
Royal Mail recorded delivery is £3.50 ( 2-3 days). 
Special Delivery is £5.50 (within 2 days).

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us from the contact us page firstly with your concern , we will then ask you to return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. 
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. 
We can exchange the item or issue you with a credit note.

Please note:
1.Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4.Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We currently accept Paypal. You must be logged into your account in order to use a promotional code.
1.Click on your cart in the top left hand corner.
2.Click the "Add/Edit Promotional Code" button at the bottom of the page.
3.Enter your promotional code and click "Add Offer". 4.Click "Back to my order" to return to your cart.


Updating Account Information
•To change your account information, click on “my account”  tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.
•To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”.
•To change your billing or postage address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.
•To subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the box which says unsubscribe.
